Steps t Cmplete n Yur Campus Cmputer T get the full cmputer name and verify the dmain, n yur campus cmputer click the Start buttn, right-click Cmputer (r My Cmputer), then click Prperties. RDG access frm Apple ios (iphne, ipad), Andrid OS, and Linux are nt supprted. Befre using the RDG, yu will need t btain the full name f yur campus cmputer, verify that it is in the USF Frest dmain, and verify that yur User Name has authrity t access yur cmputer via the RDG. RDC is available fr Mac OS frm Micrsft s dwnlad site. RDC is included in Windws XP, Windws 7 and Windws 8. Yu will be using Micrsft s Remte Desktp Cnnectin (RDC) sftware n the cmputer yu are cnnecting frm (yur hme cmputer, fr example). RDG cannt be used if yur campus cmputer is a Mac. The requirements fr RDG are: RDG can nly be used t cnnect t yur campus cmputer if it is running Windws XP, Windws 7 r Windws 8.
